Make greens fun and easy for your family

Microgreens are an amazing addition to your child’s daily meals, and you can even make it fun.  They can use them as toppings for pizza, toss some into their sandwiches, or egg omelet.  They are soft, easy to work with, and easy to eat.

There is no definition for the best microgreens for children. Like you, it all depends their palate and taste preferences.

Microgreens have distinct flavors ranging from spicy, nutty, mild, sweet to bitter. Start by introducing sweeter and mild ones such as peas and broccoli.

Microgreens contains the same allergens as the mature vegetables.  Ensure you and your child are not allergic to the microgreens that you consume.

Kids love growing microgreens!  They can grow something they can eat and something they can share with the family.  It a great way for them to learn and it is something they get excited about!
